How a place is looked after. Gathering, welcome, and the upkeep of buildings that more than one kind of life needs.
Halls, routines, and trust: the shared life that lets the other work last.
Classrooms and meals need people who will keep the door, the timetable, and the welcome. This is that part of the charity.
A hall can hold a lesson and, later, a meal. Community work is the agreement that both belong, and that someone is responsible for the keys.
We do not ask a hall to be impressive. We ask it to be dry, lit, and open when the notice says it will be. The fund exists for that standard.

$198,000 raised of $260,000 goal Illustrative
A hall fails in ordinary ways: a lock, a leak, a light. This fund keeps those buildings fit for a class in the morning and a long table later, without asking either program to find a new address.
A gift toward shared halls is usually a repair or a wage for the person who opens up. It is unglamorous on purpose. Write and we will name the hall it can serve.
